HBAS Development Committee Meeting 1/31 5pm EST

Event Description

Thanks again everyone for attending our first development meeting. Our next meeting is scheduled for January 31, 2010 at 5 EST. The purpose of our next meeting will be primarily to discuss: corporate sponsors, give-aways, rewards, and corporate discounts. We came up with several topics (which I have listed on hold for now), because if we can at least figure out the game plan for these four things, then we can splinter off and start working on our hold item of choice. Agenda for 1/31/10 Meeting

1. Fundraising Goals for the Year 2010 - please see tab in excel sheet called 2010 goals

2. Development Calendar for the Year - please see tab in excel sheet called 2010 calendar

3. Review list of Corporate Sponsors-- please see tab in excel sheet called Corporate Sponsors and additional sponsors. Put your initials in the HBAS Contact column, so I can know you added them.

4. Review list of Give-a-ways -- please see tab in excel sheet called Give Aways and additional give-a-ways. Put your initials in the HBAS Contact column, so I can know you added them.

5. Review list of Rewards – please see tab in excel sheet called Donor Rewards and additional rewards. Put your initials in the HBAS Contact column, so I can know you added them.

6. Corporate Discount(s) (e.g. insurance, hotels, computers, etc.)– please see tab in excel sheet called Discounts and add additional Discounts you think people may be excited about. I just did a simple google search for “Alumni Discounts” to come up with these. Put your initials in the HBAS Contact column, so I can know you added them.
