Tour of the African Burial Ground National Monument – JUNE 18, 2011 

AARRIS Architects has extended a generous invitation to HBAS NY members to attend a tour of the African Burial Ground National Monument on June 18, 2011.
 
This personal tour will be led by Nicole Hollant-Denis, Founder and President of AARRIS and graduate of Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.  AARRIS has received numerous design awards and honorable citations for their design of the Monument.  The tour will begin at 11:00 am at 290 Broadway, the location of the African Burial Ground National Monument.  The tour will begin inside at the Visitor's Center.  Members are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to accommodate the airport style security check at the entrance.
