Each year a number of alumni and friends pledge their commitment to the Harvard Black Alumni Society’s future by making a donation to the HBAS Annual Fund. Alumni donations to the Annual Fund make it possible to: award public service fellowships to undergraduates interested in pursuing careers in the public sector, to host events such as Black Alumni Weekend and HBAS holiday parties that bring alumni together for fellowship and networking, and to make resources such as the HBAS Guide(s) to Applying to Harvard College, Law School and Business School available to prospective students, parents and high school/college guidance counselors.
The following giving categories may assist you in making your annual donation.
Friend: $1 - $249
Donor: $250 - $499
Benefactor: $2,500 - $4,999
Vanguard: $5,000 - $9,999
Trailblazer: $10,000+
Donations are 100% tax deductible and will be recognized in our annual newsletter and on our website.
How to Give
- By Check - Checks can be made payable to the Harvard Black Alumni Society and mailed to: Harvard Black Alumni Society, c/o Chris-Tia Donaldson, 933 West Van Buren #415, Chicago, IL 60607. Please indicate your degree/class year in the memo line of your check.
